Your input is a key element to your project’s success. It serves as our guide during the design of your home. Initially, we will meet on your property to discuss the home location and your vision. We’ll talk about how you will “live” on your property and in your home, as well as discuss your project budget.
Architect Henry Zuckerman will prepare a preliminary design, drawings, and sketches based on your input for your review and comments. He will then incorporate your comments into the final design drawings for your approval.
Once the final design is agreed upon and approved, Stoneybrooke Homes will bid on the construction to determine the exact cost of your home. This process includes visiting various showrooms and suppliers with you to make selections for plumbing, appliances, lighting, flooring, cabinetry, and more.
After completing the bidding process and obtaining quotes for all selected products and materials, we will prepare a detailed specification stipulating everything that will be used in your home. We will also provide a construction agreement and comprehensive warranty.
We are then ready to begin the construction of your dream home.
